Where to ask, what item support covers, updates, refunds and your licence.
01How to get help
Support runs through your CodeCanyon item page (Support tab or comments):
- Search these docs firstPress

- Open the item page on CodeCanyonSign in with the account you bought with.
- Use the Support tabFor questions about your own installation. Use the Comments tab for general questions other buyers may also have.
Get a fast answer
- Send the PIT version (
versioninpackage.json), your hosting (local, Fly.io, Render, Docker) and the output ofnode --version. - Paste the exact error and the command you ran, plus the server log lines around it.
- Never send private keys, seed phrases, agent keys,
.envfiles,ADMIN_SECRET_KEY,OPERATOR_TOKEN, API keys or passwords, and never post them in comments. We will never ask for them.
02Item support policy
Support follows Envato's item support policy. The support period included with your purchase, and the option to extend it, are shown on the item page.

03Updates and refunds
- Updates: download new versions from your CodeCanyon Downloads page. Every version is listed in the Changelog, with migration steps (how to update).
- Refunds: follow Envato's refund policy.
04Licence
You receive the full source code under Envato's Regular or Extended licence, depending on your purchase. Read the terms on the item page before you run several sites or charge your users. Third-party packages and fonts keep their own licences; see Credits & licences. You are responsible for your own terms of use, risk notice and compliance where you and your users are.
05Reporting a security issue
Found a vulnerability in the code? Report it privately through the item's Support tab, with steps to reproduce. Please do not post it in public comments.
